  • For any cancellations or changes in the moving schedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the move, including addresses, the number of items, special requirements, and accessibility to the premises.
  • You must ensure that all items are properly packed before the move. Our team can assist with packing if requested, but we are not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging.
  • If there are any hazardous materials, you must inform us in advance as we are not authorized to move certain dangerous or prohibited items.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Clermont Movers offers basic liability coverage for damages during the move, but this coverage may be limited.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing additional moving insurance for full coverage of your belongings.
  • We are not liable for damages to items that were not packed by our team, nor for damages caused by adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery and Timing

  • We strive to deliver your belongings on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen conditions, such as weather, traffic, or accidents.
  • If any items are delayed beyond the expected delivery date, we will communicate the revised delivery time as soon as possible.

6. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to your moving date or the scope of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Any additional fees incurred due to changes made after the move has started will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. User Content

  • By submitting any content, including photos, reviews, or feedback, you grant us the right to use, display, or publish such content for promotional purposes.
